Refund Policy
Last updated: 14 October 2026
Ripe is free to download. Ripe Pro is an optional upgrade, sold as a yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. This policy explains how refunds work.
Who handles payments
Ripe Pro is sold through Google Play on Android and the App Store on iPhone. The store takes the payment, so it also processes refunds. We never see or store your card details.
How to ask for a refund
- Google Play: request a refund from your Google Play order history, or email us at [email protected] with your order number and we can refund it from our side.
- App Store: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple makes the decision; we can't refund App Store purchases ourselves, but we're happy to help you with the request.
A refunded purchase removes Pro from the app.
If something doesn't work
If Pro doesn't work as described, tell us at [email protected]. We'll fix it, and if we can't, we'll help you get your money back.
Your legal rights
Under UK consumer law, digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If it's faulty, you're entitled to a repair or replacement, and if that isn't possible, a price reduction or full refund. The usual 14-day right to cancel ends once you start using the content, which the store asks you to agree to at checkout.
Subscriptions and lifetime purchases
- The yearly subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in your store account (on Android, in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions; on iPhone, in Settings under your name and then Subscriptions). Deleting the app doesn't cancel it. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
- A lifetime purchase is a single payment with no renewals. Use Restore purchase in the app to get it back on a new phone.
- The price you pay is the price the store shows before you confirm. There are no other fees.
